Guidelines for mSuccess 2011

mission Success is the most comprehensive training programme for GD-PI preparation. It is also the most successful one. On an average 80% of students with top B-School calls converted their calls into final selection after having gone through this training.

After the written exams, a student needs to prepare for the GD and PI of various B-Schools. mSUCCESS is a product covering Basics of GD/PI, lot of practice of GDs and 1 mock interview. After mSUCCESS, CGA & CGB batches are planned as per need of students.

Academics structure of mSUCCESS

mSuccess is a 31-session structure spread over 4 weeks constituting 10 sessions on GD + 10 sessions on interview preparation + 1 session on Basics of Communication Skills + 6 sessions on GA basic + 4 sessions on specialisation.

These sessions are to be planned in the manner suggested by the structure in the Nerve, with special attention paid to the last 3 columns of the 16-column structure; namely Min Gap, Max Gap & Session-Ref. It is important as there would be days when 1 session would be planned and on some other days 2 sessions would have to be planned.

The structure will be followed by one mock interview to each student. Practice GDs can be planned for further practice of the students.
